S2Strategies – Training Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the SQA with AI and Data Analysis training program offered by S2Strategies, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview
   This is a professional career enhancement training program with a total duration of 4 months. The first two (2) classes are free for trial purposes.

2. Payment and Access
   Access to online resources, study materials, and recorded sessions will be granted only after the first installment payment is received.
   All course fees are non-refundable.
   Payments made via credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.
   Any disputed financial transactions initiated after payment will not be entertained or considered valid grounds for refund.

3. Use of Personal Information
   The personal information you provide in this registration form will be used solely for training administration and job placement support purposes. S2Strategies will not share your information with third parties for unrelated purposes.

4. Confidentiality and Content Use
   You agree not to share, copy, or distribute any course materials, discussions, or proprietary content provided during or after the training program.
   All training content is the intellectual property of S2Strategies.

5. Certification and Course Completion
   This is a career enhancement program, not an accredited academic course.
   Participants will receive a Course Completion Letter that includes the total hours of training and the topics covered, not a formal certificate.

6. Acceptance
   By submitting this registration form and/or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
